They say that they called back but there is no voicemail or missed call from them. They don’t do honest business. They don’t value your time and will give you the run around. Tried to setup an appointment for months to re-pump or replace my tank. They might be the cheapest option but that’s probably because they are the lowest quality service. The receptionist will just “put you down in the book” for the owner to call you but he never does. Crazy they claim to have pumped my tank but just a day after it’s still overflowing.

Have called 8 times for them to come out and give me a quote for a new septic tank. They kept saying the owner would call me in a few days and that my name and number was at the top of his list. He never called.They pumped my tank prior to this about 2 months ago and it’s still overflowing. They don’t value your time or money.

Our 1st time septic tank home owners I called ask general questions and get a quote for a clean out and inspection and was amazing how nice and the detail information that was very easy understand as helpful . They were able come out that Monday completely the services and left as if they hadn’t even been there. I will definitely be using them in the future for all our septic tank services. Unfortunately our septic started to back up and we needed it pumped same day. I called around and everybody was fairly booked. But, the folks at Rogers & Grant managed to get me in same day without too much of a hassle. Jacob and Juvan showed up early afternoon, when we expected them, and went right to work. The found the tank instantly and had it pumped out in a jiffy. Both men were curteous, respectful, and answered a few questions, while also providing some septic tips. Thanks Rogers & Grant.

What an exceptional service experience! As proprietors of a cleaning company, we place great emphasis on the significance of customer service within a business framework. However, Roger and Grant Septic Services surpassed our expectations. Having previously engaged another company to “empty” our septic tank last year, we found their service to be hastily conducted, lacking thoroughness but not emptying our tank fully. After less than a year, our tank required attention once again. Today (Sunday), we contacted Roger and Grant Septic Services at approximately 3:30 pm, and their employee Jacob, promptly arrived by 4:00 pm. Not only was their service remarkably swift, but Jacob also demonstrated commendable expertise and amiability. We are unequivocally committed to continuing our patronage of their services and recommending them to all of our customers. Great working with this company. I called at 10:00am and they arrived by 2:15pm. They pumped, troubleshot the issue with my tank and gave me excellent advice on ways to improve the efficiency. I had no idea I was causing harm to the biosphere in tank, by using bleach based toilet cleaner. I wish I had thought to ask the names of the 2 gentlemen in the truck. Fantastic work for an unpleasant task!

Rogers & Grant was recommended to me by a friend and it was a great recommendation! They came the next day, less than 24 hrs after calling. The guys were very friendly and knew right where to dig. They replaced the grass perfectly – you can’t even tell they were here! Wholeheartedly recommend and would definitely use them again!
