Contacted Casey’s office for backflow test and left message. They indicate test can take up to 30 days to complete. We never received a call to confirm message received. We were nearing 30 days so contacted another company who came out following day and did backflow. Few days later we received bill from Casey’s. They came out and did backflow despite tag from other company which was present with an expiration date June 2025. We called Casey’s for refund and they denied it because they were still within 30 days. Poor communication and poor way to run a business.

I wish I could not even give a one star!! Terrible company! Communication is terrible, work is terrible and they don’t back up their work!!! Do not use this company!!!

We’ve had Casey’s do our backflow inspection or whatever the county requires. They are super easy to work with and price is really fair compared to some other backflow companies. Highly recommend 👌 …

No clue how they’ve stayed in business. Rarely do a review or have bad experiences but this place has been horrible. Supposedly tests our backflow yearly and said the drip was “normal” multiple times to me. They just tested, yet I’m having to get another company out to actually fix the issue that has been happening thru 3 of their yearly checks.

Not upfront about charges. Communication was awful. Could have tested backflow for me and let me fix concrete pad. Instead refused to test and wanted to charge again. Not a great way to do business.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I think they are a scam they never answer their phones and do not return voicemails. They have no physical address the address they give in their google ad is a mail box store. Be wise look for someone else.

Never received a post card from them that are backflow is due. We did email them but been told to call. We don’t have the time do deal with waiting over 4 weeks.

I am totally baffled with this company, 25ish years of doing business with them, but never again. Bad service seems to norm for them lately, as seen posted on here, and I experienced the same.

I appreciate that Casey‘s backflow always arrives when they say they are going to furnishes my reports to the county as needed. It’s hard to find reliable businesses nowadays and we appreciate Casey’s backflow.

We have used Casey’s Backflow check. We will use Casey’s again this year. Mill Creek.
