We had a leak behind a sink vanity at our office that required a rather complicated replacement of the stack (2 bathrooms feed off the same stack). As these things often go, and as I expected, there were some additional unforeseen costs (although not as much as I expected). The repair, the service and the interaction were great! Highly recommend Ironman.

I had a water heater installed in November 2023. I was never sent the permit papers until 5 weeks of requesting them 3 different times. When I called the office I was told that my messages were being given to Robyn the Office Manager. When she finally returned my phone call she said she was out of the office the entire time and never received my messages. The applications were then sent to me. I immediately filled them out and returned them. Again, 4 requests and 3 weeks later of asking of what needed to be done next was finally answered that it was sent to the county and I would hear something in 3 weeks which I was then issued a permit number, no additional information of what I needed to do or next steps. Another 3 weeks went by with no additional information or instructions. I was leaving the following week and needed the inspection completed. Finally I was told the inspector would be there the next business day. However an electrician came which I was not expecting. He said I would never pass the inspection since it was not hardwired and he proceeded to do it. It then took another 2 promises of the inspection before it actually happened. They knew about the wiring since November and never told me this was required and why wasn’t this taken care of immediately As a company they have no customer service, no communication to their clients, no follow up. I must have made over 30 phone calls to follow up on a status, finding out next steps, requesting information, requesting why I was given wrong information and the whole process took 4 months! It was a terrible experience I would not want anyone else to go through this – that’s why I felt I needed to write a review and warn others.

The plumber was a nice fella but charged me almost $300 for a simple diverter tub spout that literally took him like four minutes to replace. The part cost $20. So a little over $200 for just a five minute job. Plus he was planning to leave without adding caulk and cleaning up. Like I said, nice guy but nice is not a skill

Came out to clean a main pipe clogging charged over 1k and 3 weeks later had another back up never using this company again.

From the first call to set up the appointment, to having a delay communicated well. My kitchen sink was badly backed up, Anthony came and was very courteous. He gave me an estimate and of course like everything else in this economy it was not cheap. Anthony fixed everything provided some meaningful feedback, he cleaned up any mess made and was complete. I truly appreciate them and for his service I’d definitely use this company again.

12/5/23 Update: Shedrick was a life saver!!! We so appreciate Ironman Plumbing! The person who was fixing our washer accidentally broke a pipe and we had to turn our water off. Having kids and no water is no fun. We appreciate you Shedrick! Eric and Daniel did a great job at fixing our leak in the kitchen! Thank you!
