Great company I highly recommend….I called spoke to his wife Cathy very helpful…..got a phone call in less then 10 min from Mike…25 min later he showed up to my house…assessed what needed to be done and got the job done with in the hr had me up and running very professional…two thumbs up and definitely 5star rating 👍 thank you mascetti’s

I had an amazing encounter today with Mascetti’s Plumbing especially Catherine who answered the phone when I called in a panic! She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and patient and walked me through a couple of steps that helped uncover what the problem really was. I was afraid it was a collapsed pipe but it was a sewer pump which was actually covered by the town! She had Mike call me back as well and he knew the emergency guy and was able to connect with him immediately. I am incredibly grateful for their expertise, connections and kindness!

If I could I would leave a -10 I would. Wife was very rude on the phone. She did not understand customer service at all. I was looking to get a boiler serviced and a sewage pump serviced husband said he can do and gave me a quote when I called back several times to trying to book the wife had a nasty attitude asking me why a home inspector can not do it and why am I trying to get them in legal problems. She obviously had no clue what I was asking for. If checking the sewage pump was out of there job scope that was totally fine I was still trying to get a boiler serviced. I would not recommend them at all. She definitely needs to learn how to communicate with people on the phone and yes she told me she has been answering phones for many years.I would definitely spend my money elsewhere.

Amazing! Had a broken toilet that was at risk of flooding house. We had to turn off all the water. Spoke with Mike about 7:30 am on a Saturday, by 9:15am toilet and shut off valve were repaired completely! Cost of services was very reasonable. Will definitely be using Mascetti Plumbing again to have work.done. Thank you Mike

They came to me and fixed a major issue, my house was completely backing up (nothing would drain) in all of the sinks and everything, got it fixed and was very reasonable. Defenatly recommend!
