My wife and I discovered our basement was flooded. We called Clog Master for help. Tom came right over and pumped the water out. He began searching for the problem in the waste water pipe. Joe also came over to help and I stuck w them so I could understand the problem. They found roots in the pipe and cleaned them out. They resolved the problem. I am grateful.

Our toilet cracked and began leaking all over our bathroom floor and we had no functioning toilet at this point. Our usual plumber was unavailable so I went to Google and started calling plumbers for emergency work. This company was the only one who could come the same day. The receptionist was very understanding and kind considering how stressed out I must have sounded on the phone. The plumber they sent was amazing. Even thou he had a very busy day he still showed up to help us around 9 pm and didn’t try rushing through the work as I’d expect other people might this late at night. He was friendly and taught my fiance some basic plumbing knowledge. He really took his time. While I can’t remember his name I highly recommend him and the company he represents.

Did a great job installing my new water take. Was quick and clean. However, tank did have a mild dent in it. Was told it was due to shipping, but the dent would not hurt anything.
