Zhayn was a pro and great to work with. He got creative to help solve my main septic line problem. Even though the appointment had to run into the evening and there was an equipment failure halfway through, he wouldn’t give up.

They know how to take a reservation but it’s the holding the reservation that’s the tricky part. They moved my appointment twice then as I was driving there canceled. Annoying to coordinate with my tenants three times and waste 50 minutes driving. I won’t be using them in the future.

Great experience with this company!! We had water backing up out of the floor in our furnace room. We called Priority Plumbing and Heating to help resolve the issue. A plumber came out on Friday, and he tried clearing the main line that went from the house to the sewer. All seemed well. However, on Sunday night we had the same issue with water backing up into the furnace room again. After calling this same company on Monday morning, they sent out a different tech (Levi Perpetua). He came out, determined that the line was still clogged, and used his 100 foot snake to clear the line. With a camera he also confirmed it was no longer clogged. We were only charged on the first visit due to their warranty policy. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

Romie was courteous, professional and efficient when he stopped by this morning to fix our plumbing issues. Before leaving he made sure to clean the area thoroughly. I would recommend Priority Plumbing and specifically this technician to anyone looking for a plumber.

Great service, Great price and great advice on an eventual faucet replacement. Alex and his partner (Derick?) arrived at the stated time and finished the work quickly. We will definitely call Priority Plumbing next time we need some work done quickly.
