Front Range Cad Services 4 months agoDefinitely do not recommend. They charge for incorrect sq footage, they do pay attention to any requests and they take over a year once given a floor plan. Kitchenette placement wrong in commercial space where you are unable to actually able to put a fridge (well can do a dorm size small fridge), called out incorrectly a wall at reception desk – supposed to be a desk but instead did a solid wall at entrance. You will need to babysit so definitely steer away from this company. Too many mistakes to even list and has made construction a disaster as well as more money.

Ziggy’s Lawn Care 7 months agoThis is in response to the review posted by J.D. Hudson. I was also a witness to the situation that occurred at Kumandgo in Loveland Co. Ziggys Lawncare has been doing Lawncare at that Location since it opened for Buisness. They were in their right of way to park their vehicles along the curb on Kumandgo property. If the General Contractor would have been more polite and curtious to ask to not block anything, there would not have been an issue. There were several witnesses to what took place. I contacted Ziggys Lawncare about the review posted and he is talking to an attorney to discuss sueing for Defamation of Caracter. My personal opinion is if this how a General Contractor acts instead of trying to be a good Neighbor then I would not use that Contractor for services. Know the facts before you post. Merry Christmas
