We have used St: Joseph Plumbing several times, but most recently for a pipe that sprung a leak leading out from one of our water heaters. Ann, office manager, was able to get the owner to come out the same day. The cost was very reasonable for what I considered was close to an emergency, and their customer service is always exceptional. Highly recommend.

I recently asked SJP to come out to check the pressure on my natural gas line as part of troubleshooting my grill not lighting. Well Max showed up and all he had to do was check the line and tell me my pressure was not the issue and go about his way. Instead, Max spent an extra ten minutes and fixed my grill for me; something myself and Weber had been troubleshooting unsuccessfully for two weeks. He did not have to do that at all, and I can’t tell you how appreciative I am for that even though he didn’t need to or have to. And for that alone, SJP will be the only plumber I’ll call when I need one. Thanks Max!

They have gone above and beyond for me multiple times. I am so thankful that I found a good plumber. They have fixed a bathtub drain that leaked and replaced my hot water heater. On top of that they have given me the number of an electrician and someone to clean out a drain.

Jan 2024: I recently discovered a water leak on the floor near one of my two water tanks. I immediately called Anne from St Joseph Plumbing. Anne, the caring & friendly receptionist / customer service expert / scheduler / go-to-for-everything person, sent Plumber Max out the very next day. Max discovered immediately that the problem wasn’t the tank at all, but instead a corroded pipe connection above the tanks. Max quickly replaced the connection site with higher quality features. Though the flaw was the work of a different company years before, I wasn’t charged a cent. A few days later, my water pressure read way too high – 130psi. When I couldn’t reduce it myself, I called St Joseph again and Max returned again the next day. He checked everything and simply replaced my faulty gauge with a new one. Again, no charge for the visit. I give St Joseph 6 stars for customer service, integrity, reliability, skill, and responsiveness. Go with St Joseph and you’ll be glad you made the call. Oct 2021: Best plumber team I’ve ever seen! From Anne, the go-to contact person on the phone, to Jesse Lynch, the owner, I experienced the best in professionalism, courtesy, care, integrity, trade knowledge, and unsurpassed skill. St Joseph removed my old water heaters (19 years old) and replaced them with two new ones, both within 2 hours. Jesse brought a team of three other staffers, also very skilled, who took meticulous care to not spill a drop of water when removing the old heaters, and to protect all household fixtures. Jesse deals masterfully with any issue or obstacle he may face on a job. The price was very fair, with no surprises from the initial quote. I’ll use St Joseph again, and I strongly recommend them to others.

Max did a superb job in dealing with our plumbing issue. He was very pleasant, professional, and maintained patience and a good sense of humor as he encountered a really difficult faucet replacement challenge. Ann – in the office – was superb to work with. She was very professional, friendly, and helpful – and she found a way to work us into the schedule. We will DEFINITELY use St Joseph Plumbing again, and recommend them highly!

Our pipe froze and I contacted Saint Joseph plumbing when they opened and Jesse was at my house by 9:30a. It was fixed by 11am. It can’t get any better than that. We have used SJP for a few projects and it always gets done in a timely manner. Thanks Saint Joseph Plumbing!

Easily the best and most honest plumbers in the Springs. Used them in the past when I had a leak in the basement, which they found & promptly fixed. Used them for a second time today when they installed two new faucet fixtures in our guest bathroom. Max & Anne are both incredibly competent & easy to work with Top notch plumbers, top notch service, top notch price.

I just purchased a home in Colorado Springs and we discovered a leak under the kitchen sink. They were able to dispatch a plumber the next day to repair the leak. Jesse, Anne, and Max were great to work with and stayed in communication with me until Max arrived at my home. This will be my go to plumbing company!
