Needed a new water heater after the old one died. No brainer to call Olson plumbing. They are a class act business. Anyway Dwayne James showed up and in no time had us up and running again. He was prompt, professional and explained exactly what he was doing. His install was clean and looked great. Rarely does a person and business exceed my expectations. Glad I called Olson.

Our hot water heater had a catastrophic failure during the evening hours and we called Olson Plumbing & Heating immediately. They walked me through several things to do to help reduce the damage, then they had someone come to our house within the hour. Dwayne did an outstanding job from start to finish – disconnecting the old water heater, hauling it away, and installing a new water heater quickly and professionally. We even had hot water later that night! This was our first time with Olson Plumbing & Heating, but it will certainly not be our last – they have earned our respect and our business from now on. Thank you Olson P&H!

I give Olson Plumbing and Heating at 5 Star Review. Their professionalism and great customer service is beyond amazing. Mike Bukowski goes above and beyond for his customers. When you have a major issue in your home – clog line that cause a flood in our basement- Olson was there and completed the job perfectly and got our home back to normal. I can’t recommend this company enough. GREAT SERVICE and THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!!! Thank you Olson Plumbing!!!!

On June 13th we called Olsen because our AC was not cooling. It was after hours so we were expecting overtime charges. John the technician did several things and replaced some parts which we have no idea what they were. After Several hours he said the house voltage was too high for the AC unit and we needed to call an electrician. We were charged over $1000.00 and our air was not fixed. John said to leave everything off. The next day an electrician came over and said the voltage was in the normal range. He turned everything back on and we have not had an issue since but we did have to pay $159 for the service call. U asked Olson to send us a legible copy of the invoice because we could not read it. We were sent one that was not legible either. Both the tech and the lady that answered the phone got snippy with us. We just wanted a breakdown of what we paid. We feel we were overcharged. I have copies of our invoice but nowhere to post them.

Olson plumbing sent out Dwayne James to our house to deal with an under the sink plumbing problem. He was responsive, courteous, and patient. He diagnosed and then fixed the problem within a reasonable time, which saved us money. Couldn’t be happier with his work.

Dwayne was quick and easy to work with on our rental property from states away. They came within the hour of asking for help, even late in the day. The estimate we received was the most reasonable priced out of several local companies. Highly recommend!

Always the best. I’ve never found anything at any house I’ve lived at here that they couldn’t fix, including boilers the size of a VW bus, compression toilets, burst copper pipes, and cast iron sewer lines, as well as being able to work on any new house plumbing. If you live in the Old North End, they’re the only people I’d recommend. 10/10 every time.
