I called the after hours emergency number and Tristen answered and was onsite immediately. He was able to identify the problem, clearly explain it, mitigate the immediate threat of more damage, and put together a plan to remedy the issue. He and Mario executed the plan and resolved the plumbing emergency. I am extremely satisfied and will continue to rely on Bills Plumbing in the future.

They’ve been out 3 times to repair a leak, it’s leaking once again same exact spot where they soldered the joint. Leaking on my furance and want to charge me for their overtime because it’s Memorial Day. Asked if it could wait and when I said it could cause a fire they told me they could be out in two days and to put a pan to catch water.
