Andon was fantastic. We were in a jam with a broken water heater and a small gas leak late in the day. He was timely, professional, explained all the details clearly and even identified/fixed a few other issues. He gave us peace of mind at a great price and we could get back to normal life the same day. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. Thank you!

If there were 10 stars I would rate Andon a 10 Andon showed up on the agreed time and was able to quickly find I needed a new hot water heater. He offered options. He was able to remove the old water heater and replaced it with a new one within 3 hours. He then took the time to explain what was done on terms I could understand. He stuck around to make sure there were no leaks and everything was working properly. He followed up the next day to see if there any issues. He cleaned up when the installation was complete. I could easily tell he was an expert. I would highly recommend Andon and Water Heater Colorado

Andon went above and beyond to help us. He removed and reinstalled our hot water heater, in addition to installing a whole house aquasana filtration system. He is fast and efficient. I haven’t experienced such great customer service in a long time. I definitely recommend Water Heater of Colorado. You will not be disappointed.

I live in Colorado Springs and was told by a local plumbing service that they couldn’t get my water heater pilot lit and that I’d need a new one. This water heater was old, but had no leaks and is very expensive to replace (high efficiency). I used Water Heater Colorado (through Lowes) and they came out and instead of replacing, they were able to get the pilot lit and didn’t push a new water heater. I thought this was very honest of them and the service representative was extremely professional (Andon). He stayed to make sure the pilot would stay lit before leaving. Even living in the Springs, I’d use their services anytime.

Called at 8AM, was being serviced by 12:10PM completed at 2PM. Marian with Water Heater Colorado was a fantastic technician!! He was very professional and thorough. Covered my carpet and stairs with a drop cloth before removing and replacing the water heater and did not leave any mess! They will be my first call if I ever need any service again!!
