We have used Plumb Pros on three or four occasions for different problems. The staff are patient, knowledgeable, and courteous. Today, Gabriel came out and fixed our AC and installed a new thermostat. We were caught off guard by the cost, but everything is so expensive. Overall, very pleased.

Horrible experience top to bottom. This company is completely unethical. Started by them not wanting to honor their work and wanting to charge me to even come review it. When i finally got them out, they then fixed their bad work and quoted me about $150 for a cracked 90 they missed the first time. It was under the dirt and they said it may just be a lose fitting i could tighten if i wanted to dig it out. I did, they came back the next day to fix and charged me nearly $1,200 dollars for about 2-3 hours worth of work. I spoke with Terry and asked for a detail of the labor costs. They will not provide a cost break down or overview in any way other than “70% labor and 30% parts”. The part i got replaced was a seal for $125. If this wasn’t an absolute crime, you’d think a decent company would stand by their pricing methods or maybe the tech just gets paid $400 an hour. Absolutely classless organization.

We had Jeremy come out from this company, and he went above and beyond for us and provided great service. He helped us figure out the issue we had with our toilet in our suite, He tooks his time and made sure everything was up to part and brand new. He had a great personality and just over all great experiance. Id reccommend them for any work needed.

I had Plumb Pros install a new swamp cooler, Zachary and Oscar had me cold air in 3 1/2 hrs. Removed old unit , replaced roof transition and repaired the roof shingles. I would highly recommend Plumb Pros. Thank you ! Dan G.

I made an appointment for 9am since I work nights. Had a confirmation call at 7:49am but nobody showed up. Called at 9:15 and was told they had no appointment for me or my address. Worst service ever. DO NOT USE

Jonathan was very professional! Arrived exactly at the time scheduled. Got to work right away addressing the problem at hand and gave options to fix it. Jonathan was nice and understanding with the choices we made!
