Although the qoute ended up out of our budget, joey (I hope that was his name) was very professional, prompt and honest. He walked me through what he thinks the problem is and why the price was what it was. He wasn’t pushy and was understanding of us not going through with the work for now due to the price. I’ve used a lot of subcontractors and stuff and this experience was a pleasant change from how most do business.

I had to replace an electric hot water heater and they were my choice. They inspected and replaced immediately since it was urgent. It took longer than we had hoped but they wanted it to be perfect. Joey and Victor were extremely thorough and explained what and why they were doing. Transparent in the work and I appreciated them. I found my place for my plumbing needs and I have other projects I need them to work on in the near future. The owner, Henry, also came by to check on the work and his staff in case he needed assistance. I would recommend especially in an urgent situation.

David, Victor, and the rest of the guys were amazing! They came the same day & didn’t waste any time. The guys were knowable & super professional. Definitely my go to plumbers in Yucca Valley. They installed a new water main line to the house and replaced a bunch of outdated spigots around the property.

Far and away the best plumbing experience I’ve ever had and certainly in the high desert area. They had great communication, quick to respond, the tech was AWSOME as he was very respectful of our space and keeping things clean, he explained all he was doing and fixed the problem. He actually went above and beyond and also was checking on water pressure levels and just all around keeping his eyes open for other plumbing related things we should know about. Can’t say enough positive things about this service!

Repeat customer. David and Victor arrived promptly within a few hours of me placing the call. Personable and took time to answer my questions and more. Also went above and beyond and checked/fixed the leaky hose bibs around the yard. Thrilled!

These guys are awesome they are super professional and quick to respond. They came to my rescue after dealing with another plumber who overcharged me for work that wasn’t nessery still leaving me without water for a month. Hi desert came and did an inspection and confirmed everything we thought. They did more work in an hour that the last plumber did in the entire time he was here I cannot recommend these guys enuf 😁 thank you Victor and Ruben for coming over and doing a grate job
