I had an emergency Friday night our AC quit working and Derick was awesome ! ! He fixed it in a flash. 9PM and here he comes his truck stocked with all the parts he might need. He was amazing, polite and thorough!! !!! Call Ascent you’ll be glad you did

After three HVAC Companies…Ascent was the only one would looked into the actual unit in our house!!! Our house is finally below 80• for the first time in two months! Thank you so much!!! Definitely recommending and giving 5 stars for his hard work to search and find the problem!

Paid $200 to tell me the Motor needs to be replaced but did not have a part would cost another $200 to open the warehouse plus another $600 to fix it should have had the parts or asked me to take a picture of what I type of air conditioner should’ve explained to me this on the phone that if he did not have the parts he could not fix it

First, we had Nicki to help us get a prompt appt. to do the routine servicing of our AC system, since we moved into our new home recently, and wanted it done to go thru our first Beaumont Summer! The day of the appt., Nicki called when Derek (the Owner) was going to be detained, and kept us posted when he could be expected. He came and agreed to also install replacement filters that I went out to get, while he did the servicing, since I didn’t know yet what we needed. He then found something that we could do to limit the noise of our ‘not so new’ AC unit outside. He also kindly noted some areas we could tell our Appliance Warranty Co. to get looked at, and put it clearly on the Invoice, so I can show it to them when they come out. Finally, we had a decent price for all that to be done, and done with courtesy and kindness. We are definitely using Ascent for our HVAC as well as our Plumbing needs, now that we found them!
