Solace was very transparent and informative through the entire process. We were not very educated of the nuances of an a/c system and Bryan walked is through how the system worked, what was needed and provided follow up instructions before next summer. Highly recommend this company

Branden was professional and efficient. During our first appointment, the area experienced a power outage. He kindly offered his cell phone number in the event the power was restored that day. On the second visit, he arranged payment with the landlord and made the repair as scheduled. I would definitely recommend.

Brandon came out and immediately took an interest in my plumbing needs. He took the time to listen to my concerns and then explained everything that needed to be done. He was attentive, professional, knowledgeable, expedient and courteous. He performed all of the repairs for the exact price quoted and in the time frame that was promised. I have not seen a more professional person or company like these folks in a long, long time. I would recommend “Solace Plumbing / Heating And Air” to everyone! This Plumbing Company should be your 1st and only call. I have an Older Home (60+ Years Old) and it was the utmost Importance I called a Company that understood this without just assuming I had to tear everything out and rebuild it. Sean came in and took his time to access what was wrong (Tub, Toilets, Sinks, Washing Machine, over flowing etc. I assumed the worst but he went through the entire Sewer System to access the Damage and found it not to be as Bad as I expected. In Addition he found some other issues that he fixed so I wouldn’t have any Future issues. Sean also explained in detail exactly what he was doing step by step which if you have others (Wife) etc. it’s important they know as well. The house is being left to our Kids, Grandkids etc. and I now feel Very Confident they won’t have Issues as well. In addition I also had them a few years ago completely repipe the Water System and they did it in one day with a staff of over 5-10 People. As I said 1st and only call, ask for Sean. Greg
