Thank you to dion and his team for being so quick and responsive to help me on 4th of July weekend! Dion came and unclogged my main sewer line and did it in a quick and efficient manner. Having a 6 month old baby not having access to a shower is difficult. Big kudos to the team and dion again for being fair, responsive, and thorough. It was nice they run a camera after and show you pictures included in the cost.

We recently started using PDS Plumbing and Air. We are a large condo building in Long Beach. We are an old building with old pipes. PDS Plumbing has done 4 jobs for us in the past 2 months. They have done a beyond exceptional job. Some of the work was very challenging with elbow pipes that go through concrete walls, and other pipes that were full of waste. Every quote was accurate and reasonable, and the work was done in a very professional manner. They showed up on time. They finished on time. Thier pricing was affordable, and they bid competitively to get the job. They clean up very well after each job by sanitizing the area. The main person we work with is Josh. He is fantastic at communication, following directions, advising us on difficult plumbing work, and being a stellar human being. We are very happy to have found PDS Plumbing and will be using them regularly! Thank you!

Josh was super helpful and super efficient. We originally called for a clogged kitchen sink, but it turned out to be a deeper problem and Josh was knowledgeable and helpful about it all! He also helped us unjam our garbage disposal and told us different ways to fix our problems in the future.

Excellent customer service!! I hired PDS to install a whole home water leak detection device and am extremely satisfied with the installation process and the communication of everyone involved from the technician Dion to the front office! I would highly recommend PDS to anyone!

Joshua came to replace my trash disposal and did a great job! He came to my unit after regular plumbing hours because of my work schedule. I was pleasantly surprised to hear he was coming because my sink was pretty much busted but he came to the rescue. Thank you Joshua and PDS Plumbing!!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience on 11/30/23 for the first time after using this company for serval times. Trusting them to come into my home to do a job, never would of thought that one of there plumbers would come to just steal from my home.This plumber stole my Apple Watch from my kids room thinking we wouldn’t notice bc the room was messy at the time not realize that was the first thing we noticed that was gone. We did do a police report and it’s under investigation.Since the owner of the PDS PLUMBING AND AIR is in denial that his plumber could do such a thing. The watch has been trace back to the area of the plumbing company and the owner is still in denial and even try to insinuate that it could’ve been another employee just to keep defending this employee. I think people should know this that way people don’t have their guard down think they are trustworthy when in reality they are not. Just beware of who you trust coming into your home.Don’t be so trustworthy of people you never know when they will steal from you. You are the one that needs to stop lying to your costumers. And admit that you have one employee that has ruined a good thing you had going on. And the reason why I hadn’t spoke up on it was bc you advised me to pls continue to monitor the watch. As I did and the watch ping leaving your office and was turned of driving away from your company that’s when I called you to informed about how we where going to go about this matter I even told you I was going to contact the detective about this. And you your self was lost for words and told me you needed to think. And to clarify I don’t want your money I think I made that clear when I filed the police report. Hear yourself you are the one trying to prove that you don’t hire thief’s when I have not said that I am just speaking up on my experience. That’s why you upset about bc you known your guy took it but you don’t want to admit it bc you said yourself you hired him yourself. You attacking a customer looks really good for company I guess. Your customers need to know you are only going to give them the round around but you are not going to resolve the issue.

DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEFS!!! . If you leave your valuables they will steal them from you. They hire criminal. Don’t trust FRANK HE WILL STEAL FROM YOU!
