Came in and did their job well, but costly and they brought a tank, but used our water. For the price they should have been prepared to do the job with everything they needed. Work was to be out into the street with camera, but they never brought the camera out to let me be assured the work was complete. They do give a 30 day guarantee and will cover that.

They responded quickly, within an hour or so of when I called. They diagnosed my problem and addressed it quickly. They also provided useful information on the longer term care of our plumbing and possible need for replacing our toilet. Overall a very good experience.

Had a water heater emergency over Father’s Day weekend. Family coming to town, Sunday celebration, etc………..called Crown at 8:00 am, Sal responded and arrived at 9:30, evaluated the problem, advised a solution. Sal had the job completed inside of an hour, RIGHT before the family arrived. Cannot thank Sal and Crown enough for their prompt and professional service!! Thanks Sal !!!
