[2023-02-03] Chris Leiva was excellent, professional, and helped fix the problem quickly [UPDATE – 2024-07-17] We ran into another issue, which was a part replacement for the stopper, which had worn away over time. Bernardo Merino was professional, explained the process clearly, and even did a couple preventative adjustments to tightening the bolts of our toilet tank to reduce the likelihood of future problems.

Broken water heater of 10 years needed replacing. Magic had the lowest bid (though all bids I received were just a few $100 of each other), and they were able to do the job right away and in about 4 hours. They definitely knew what they were doing, and I wasn’t nickel and dimed if there were small things that arose during the job — they did them as a matter of it being part of the whole work order. Would definitely recommend.

magic plumbers were a savior in an emergency… they scheduled chris to come to my apt. w/in 3 hours of my calling them. he did an excellent job of snaking out a clog in a drain pipe 50 feet below my 7th floor condo than was affecting my kitchen sink. . highly recommend them when you need fast action!

Called Magic Plumbing (recommended by a friend in SF) to snake an old, clogged french drain in front yard… which led to snaking of basement drain and slow draining bathroom sink. Won’t know for certain until rainy season if all succeeded, but feel confident they were knowledgeable and competent as well as a joy to work with.

The dryer vent wasn’t disconnected but outside that he did a great job with the gas lines and thank you so much but he needs to come out and do the do the dryer before the 19th of August
