I installed a new water heater late in 2000, shortly after buying my condo. I knew I’d been lucky that it had not failed in all that time, and it was WAY past time for a new one. So I called the same people who installed that first water heater, Water Heaters Only. They did a fantastic job! Dan Chavez came out and took a look to give me an estimate, and then he went out to source the replacement — the closet for the water heater is kind of tight and required finding just the right model. Well Dan found it, brought it out and installed it. He even took photos of the progress and sent them to me, so I have a record of what he did — I included a photo of the old water heater (left) and the new unit Dan installed. Dan was amazing and really knows all there is to know about water heaters and potential problems. I cannot recommend him or Water Heaters Only strongly enough. Great company, I am really glad I called them.

They are honest and professional company! Spoke to Paul and got an estimate of the cost over the phone , he sent Will in one hour and the stimate was the same as was quotes. He finish the job in a few hours and we are very happy. Highly recommend will and Paul and he company!!

Our last water heater by this company was in 2008 by their tech SteveB, was excellent, and lasted to 2024 (16 years). Our new one was installed by the same company and the same tech! This says good things about our good expecting for the next 16 years to come…

Steve B., the technician called to let me know when he would arrive at my home. He arrived on time and got right to work. The job was completed within 2 hours. Steve was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with a smile! He communicated everything he was doing. Upon completion of installing my new 50 gallon gas water heater, Steve cleaned up and left the house in perfect condition. I highly recommend Steve B. and Water Heaters Only Inc.
