Left us a loose faucet and handles that are cockeyed, that’s after having them come back 3 times for the fixture crushing our countertop because it doesn’t fit. Also left us with a sprayer that catches and yanks on our angle stops. I tried to bring these things up to them and the guy (Matt) just argues with me and tries to tell me there’s nothing wrong and it’s user error. They keep sending this guy over and I can’t even get him to check under a sink for me, he literally stands around, tells his apprentices what to do, and brags about how good he is at Basketball. The opposite of Pride. Each time they tighten our bathroom faucet to make it stop moving it crushes the tile more and more.

I scheduled a drain cleaning service since there was a summer special going on. Austin and Cruz arrived on time and worked fast. We discovered our house didn’t have a clean out built in, but it was no trouble for them, they took a camera and went in from our roof plumbing vents and discovered roots in our sewage line. They recommended a hydrojet service and I now have peace of mind. Courteous, friendly, and great work; I would highly recommend!

I called Pride Plumbing on a recommendation from a family member when I had a plumbing leak. Austin was able to come out same day within an hour. After he and some others from Pride evaluated the problem (including the owner Mike), they realized I had a cold slap leak. I went ahead with the recommendation to get my house repiped with Pex. This was done only through the walls and completed (thanks to the fact I was lucky enough to have 2 of their lead repiping people and work team all working on it) in 6 hours. The next day the drywall repair people came out and were able to patch up all the holes in a day. They also include a cleaning service to come perform a cleaning on all the rooms that were affected. Though it is not cheap to get your house repiped, their prices were comparable to other plumbing companies and most cannot promise to complete the job in 2-3 days (they also might dig through your floors). I was very impressed with the professionalism of the repiping team, as well as the drywall repair people. They cover everything in plastic that might get affected, clean up after their day’s work, and do quality work. I was also thankful to my initial technician Austin, who also was available to answer any questions during the process. Mike the owner of the business also was thorough in explaining the issue and solutions to my plumbing problem. I would recommend using Pride Plumbing and will continue to use them in the future.
