We’ve never had to call a plumber before last night. It was an emergency so we needed someone as soon as possible. Sunday night, playoffs were on, it was raining pretty good. After calling multiple 24/7 businesses with no luck, we got ahold of Bulldawg. I’m glad nobody else answered because if we ever need a plumber again, I would choose Bulldawg over and over again. No doubt. Just a great guy all around that definitely knows what he’s doing 100%. Thank you so much for helping us out and for easing our stress so quickly. Thank you.

Scott came to my house under the impression he was going to fix my leaking pipe without any explanation or estimate. Said it was “investigative work” so he can’t know exactly. I had three plumbers come before him who all asked questions, walked my yard, explained the process, and emailed me detailed estimates. Scott looked at the leak and said “yeah I’ll fix it.” I told him we were going to wait since he couldn’t give me a good estimate or explain anything he was going to do, and he was shocked and offended because he “came all the way from red bluff.” And that’s my problem how? Very unprofessional and rude when you’re trying to gain someone’s business. He said “oh my god get me out of here” and left. Great customer service Scott, good luck to you.

So I called Scott and asked for a quote on turning my Bathtub into a walk in shower. He advised me that I didn’t need him but in fact needed only his handyman to help me out. On Scott’s advice we hired said handyman. 3 weeks later still no showe t, and no handyman. I have had to call a different plumber to finish the work. What is worse is while looking for someone to do the repair work I had 3 different plumbing companies come out and they all said, you needed a plumber for this work not a handyman. ….. extremely unprofessional. Didnt know what was the next step. If I could only post puctures. Thanks Scott! I would have appreciated it much more if you would have said we do not do this kind of work!

I had a problem with a new propane water heater not lighting. After calling several plumbing services that told me they didn’t deal with my type of problem (could be the propane line), I called Bulldawg. Scott was very personable when I called early afternoon and apologized for not being able to get to me that same day (a Thursday). He had a large job booked for Friday, but he could get to me on Saturday. Scott came out Saturday morning and had my problem fixed in about 10 minutes. He was extremely nice, prompt and professional. If the need arises in the future, they will be the first one I call. Excellent service!

WOW, PROFESSIONAL and FAIR PRICED. Scott treated me and my girls like Family, him and his worker Justin were knowledgeable and well mannered. They walked me through the whole process and gave me all possible options. We ended up replacing the main line from the city valve to my home with Type K 3/4 copper pipe. I was beyond happy with the work and the price was extremely fair and competitive, I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to do the job, the 2 were fantastic and made me feel relieved the whole way. If your looking for the right guys for the job look no further then BULLDAWG PLUMBING, Scott will take care of you with a smile.

We bought an older house in April of 2020, and unfortunately have had multiple leaks. I WISH WE WOULD HAVE KNOWN ABOUT SCOTT & LAURA SOONER! Someone recommended them after we had a poor experience with another plumber. They were absolutely incredible. I called and Scott’s voicemail gave me an option to text (which I loved and appreciated) He got back to me almost immediately and was able to make time to come the following morning. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, good prices, and Laura is an absolute rockstar! We have a very tight crawl space and she went under the house (full of mud & water) with a smile on her face, and was able to figure out where the leak was. They were personable, polite, and again knew their stuff! They were in n out of here in less than a couple hours, issue fixed! We won’t ever use anyone else. If I could give 10 stars I would! ⭐️ Bulldawg Plumbing for the win!
