We had American Ally convert a bathroom to be ADA compliant which was a major project involving opening up our slab and relocating plumbing and fixtures. We also had them run a water line to an outbuilding on our property and some other repairs and upgrades to our home. Anthony and Aaron were very professional and knowledgeable, and everyone on their team was competent and courteous. They confirmed everything each step of the way, showed up on time, and cleaned up after each day. They finished both large projects on schedule and on budget. Their prices were comparable to other quotes we got for the job, and American Ally’s high quality of work and ethical business practices helped us choose them for our needs.

They recently did a main line repair and did a fantastic job. Hector is the best! They had the best price out of three companies, and they didn’t ask me to write a 5-star review for a discount like some other local San Diego plumbing companies… I wrote it because they did such great work!

We found some water pooling at the based of our water heater, so we called AADP to take a look. William showed up on time, was very professional and courteous, and quickly found the problem. It wasn’t a water heater leak, it was apparently a leak from the air conditioner component of our HVAC system. No charge!

I have owned my home for 35 years and was never able to rehire a plumber due to lack of performance quality. I hired a new company each time hoping their work matched their claims! Plumbing requires precision and American Ally and their technician, William deliver it. William just finished another project, major kitchen re-plumb. He not only determines the best pipe layout but his soldering skills are unmatched, very clean and secure. He’s professional, dependable, timely in his work, keeps the work area clean, and arrives on schedule every time! His next project-demo the shower floor to replace the 50 year old drain. William plumbs the right way not the short cut way. The quality and integrity of his work has given me complete confidence in his finished products.
