Called at 3:37 Monday afternoon, they are NOT on Amend in Pinole, this is around the corner from me. Got a call from a 916 number at 4:15 confirming the phone number and saying their Concord dispatch would call. Nothing. Rescue Rooter came out this morning and cleared the drain. Still no call from Preferred.

The men came on time, showed me how to turn on my water heater the next time it went out. They were a pleasure and were only here for about 10 minutes. I’d recommend to a friend anytime.

Courteous, generous, and diligent to a fault. The owner was willing to meet a competitor’s price and beat their install time for our kitchen sink, potentially saving us 60 bucks for the additional half-hour. Would earnestly recommend again.
