Jeff and Tyler, were excellent!!! They were quick in responding and provided great customer service. Helped fix the leak issue from the water heater within a day, in fact few hours after the call. They are well equipped and experienced. Guided us through what the issue was and helped understand the new installation process and the do’s and don’ts. I would definitely recommend them if you have any water heater issues.

I highly recommend Jeff Boaze Plumbing! I needed a new water heater and did not know where to turn. My home inspector recommended Jeff, so I reached out. He responded to my late afternoon email quickly, and set up an appointment for the next morning. When he and Tyler arrived, they were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy. I am happy to say that I have a new water heater and a new plumber!

Jeff Boaze Plumbing is very professional, knowledgeable and has great customer service. The kitchen faucet was replaced and the tub faucet was repaired. Very grateful I found Jeff Bloaze, I contacted a few plumbing services about the faucet issues.

Jeff answered his phone immediately, promised to come out between 2pm and 4pm, showed up and fixed the problem. This was my second time to call with our emergency and he came through!! He even ended the visit with valuable suggestions so we could avoid a much larger plumbing problem. Jeff Boaze Plumbing is the best.

It is my 3rd service call with Jeff Boaze Plumbing. They always response and show up shortly based on the urgency and provide solid / great work. Family business makes them like a neighbor to me. No matter how challenging the task it, they can al make it right in a short time, or point me to the right person to follow up. I learned a lot of maintenance knowledge from them too.
