I believe they took advantage of our situation. I leave it up to you to judge. $300 to snake a drain. Earlier this year, I paid only $75 to do the same, a different plumber quoted to do it for $100. I DO NOT recommend this company. More details: invoice included a bunch of services they did not do, like camera down the pipes. Shady business practices. I paid less than $300 (including parts!) to get a water heater installed a few months back as well, which I believe typically costs more than unclogging a drain. All this said, I’m sure their service quality was fine. Better than any other plumber, though 🤷🏻‍♂️
