Grease, maybe 20 years old in the drain, maybe 15 feet down the drain. This is not an easy task. Your typical snake you rent at the Hardware stores just won’t do it. Need not to worry. Snaked, Hyrojetted, and cleaned clear all the way to the street. Done. Thanks again Mr Roger’s for one heck of job done! Highly recommend these guys, always upfront and let you know whats happening!

I tried Mr. Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing this summer because many months ago, I called around 9 pm when I thought I had a leak — and owner Jake Rogers was incredibly helpful. He not only was patient and kind, he gave me ideas to diagnose what I thought was dripping water. (It turned out to just be water going down the drain.) Fast forward to this week when I had a true leak in an outdoor spigot: I called Mr. Rogers in the morning, and Nick was able to come out the same day! He was friendly, professional and very thorough in replacing the spigot…working diligently in the hot sun! I even had him replace another outdoor faucet at the same time. When I received my receipt via email, Nick had attached photos showing exactly what he had done. That added another level of trust! I highly recommend this plumbing company.

We assumed we had a slab leak under our kitchen so we called a plumber, who determined the leak was on the cold side, and that he would cut into the slab and re-pipe to fix the leak. Thank goodness we called Jake (aka Mr. Rogers) who came out same day and used a much more accurate method of troubleshooting. He determined the leak was on the hot side. He and his team came out and quickly found the source of the leak (which wasn’t even in the slab), repaired it, and only charged us half of what the original estimate was. He and his team were very professional, and answered all of our questions patiently. While we hope we never have another plumbing issue, we definitely will be calling Mr. Rogers if we need to!

Tiffany was informative, patient, and fast both times she visited our house, once for a clogged garbage disposal and another time for the water heater. She didn’t immediately suggest a full replacement of both issue but actually put some time into researching the problem trying a couple of things and then passing the knowledge on to us. Thank you.

From scheduling my service with Shula to the technicians (Tiffany) visit, everything went smooth! Shila kept me informed of when to expect a visit and promptly notified me when an earlier visit was available. Which was important to me as I had to shut my water off due to the active leak. Tiffany was prompt, knowledgeable and her attention to detail was impressive! She explained every step of the process to me, and allowed my 18 month old granddaughter to watch as well. I am content with the professional and quick response of this entire team! It is nice to see that there still companies and employees who take pride in their craft.
