I needed a significant renovation for my home, and they went out of their way to deliver a fantastic job ahead of schedule. They hold high integrity in everything they do. From interior structure alteration, 3-D designs, new window installation, hardwood floor installation, new electrical wiring, plumbing, lighting, etc., to anything you need, they have the magic wand to make it all happen professionally. Their finishes are also high quality, especially with the finished interior painting. I felt very fortunate to hand over my home renovation to Tulip Remodeling. When the project manager, Oran, said their goal was to make their clients happy, he meant it. I expected better customer service and communication from this company and was quite disappointed with the interaction. This experience has certainly made me reconsider engaging with them.

I couldn’t be happier with the results. Nathan, who managed the entire project, was outstanding. He was honest, direct, and incredibly responsive, ensuring the job was done quickly and to the highest standard. What impressed me the most was that his initial estimate was higher, as he was cautious and provided a worst-case scenario. However, the project ended up being easier than anticipated, and the final cost reflected that. I’ve never had a contractor charge me less than the initial estimate before! The team was phenomenal. They were friendly, respectful, punctual, and dedicated, working full days to ensure everything was perfect. Nathan even handled some custom work around my baseboards, ensuring every detail was taken care of. Summit Remodeling is not your typical discount contractor; they offer premium services and are worth every penny. I’m thrilled with my new flooring and my new relationship with Summit Remodeling. A special shoutout to Nathan for his invaluable help with an insurance claim related to this project. He referred me to a fantastic contact who assisted me through the process, ultimately securing three times the initial settlement. This entire experience has been a true win, and I can’t wait to work with Summit Remodeling again.
