This is a locally owned family business. Joey, one of the owners, was very friendly and easy to talk to. They are competitively priced. In fact, when talking to the owner, you don’t feel like they’re trying to nickel and dime you out of your money. On several occasions, to my surprise, Joey talked me out of unnecessary repairs, even though it would have meant more money for their business. We had the sewer lines and supply lines replaced and re-piped. This is a big labor intensive job. I called around to four other plumbing companies for estimates and Rieck Plumbing offered the best prices, by far. Shockingly, most plumbing businesses won’t be bothered to do this kind of work because there’s more money to be made doing simple service calls and less hassle. To be critical, I would have to include that Rieck Plumbing’s biggest weakness would have to be poor communication. This project would take several weeks. On many occasions, I didn’t know if I should expect plumbers to show up that day or not because one of the phases had been completed. Also, we were never given an option to choose between copper and PEX pipes. It was assumed that we wanted PEX because we showed concern over the overall cost. You will need to be proactive in asking questions, getting clarification, and letting them know what your preferences are. The good thing is, their staff is more than happy to answer questions and they don’t make you feel like you are burdening them with your inquiries. It’s worth mentioning, that the plumbers working in my house, Nick and Jose, were completely professional and trustworthy. They weren’t snooping around the house or taking things that didn’t belong to them. *Cough* Oliveira’s *Cough* Overall, I would highly recommend Rieck Plumbing. They are competent, hard working plumbers. They’re reasonably priced. Over the years, I’ve used many different local plumbers. I would go as far to say that they’re the best in town!

Our family recently needed our water heater (and some gas line) replaced, and we received amazing customer service from WM Rieck Plumbing. From the initial call to inquire about a quote, to the detailed quote after they checked out the property, and during the skilled plumbing work to replace the water heater and gas line (and a few other pipes/fixtures), we were shown amazing professionalism, kindness (I had some wild kids running around and asking our plumber questions), and top-notch skill & know-how. I would absolutely hire them again for any future plumbing needs.

Very Friendly Techs. Same day appointments. This one happened to be a faulty 20month old water heater. Swapped it out with a replacement…and was in and out in under 90min. Would recommend them. They have also done water pipe fixes also, same day. I have yet to meet one of their techs that is not professional and smiling the whole time!!!

Darrell was an amazing inspector. He was very throw and Informative. Also kindly patient with my children. My sitter had to cancel and I had my 2 boys with me the entire time. His reports were very detailed and easy to read. I’m really glad I went with WM Rieck.

If you need a plumber, do not call anyone else. I have had plenty if experience with various plumbers, theu home warranties and not. This company and its employees truly care and it is evident they put the customer first. Calll them now!!!

I called for a plumber to repair a pipe leak. Although they were booked for the day, they were able to squeeze us in for the repair. We were given a time window. Leo showed up precisely within the time window. He was friendly and greeted us with a smile. I explained the reason for the call, showed him where the pipe was and he immediately went to work. Within a few minutes he had the pipe repaired and water service back on. Leo wasted no time. He was fast, friendly and efficient (bi-lingual as well)! The cost for a service call was less than most other licensed companies. I can’t say enough about this plumbing company. To say I recommend them is an understatement. Blake and Barbara, thank you once again for a job well done!!
