Carson is the best. We had a major emergency plumbing issue at our cabin on a Sunday morning — toilet leaking and water coming up into the bathtub (gross). Carson was there until sunset to make sure the problem was solved. It’s tough to find solid plumbers on the mountain. Carson is one of the few, if not the only one.

The Highway 18 plumbers fixed a hard-to-find hydrogen sulfide odor (sewer gas). It was coming from an ABS DWV (vent) pipe, but there was no obvious problem (crack, broken, etc.) Instead the odor was leaking out from an old cleanout threaded cap that looked good on the surface, but was actually not set correctly. It appeared to me to be a previous homeowner job. Kudos for fixing a problem that’s been plaguing for awhile and was difficult to diagnose correctly.

My water heater wouldn’t stay lit. I had another company give me a ball park cost of replacing it. I called Highway 18 Plumbing and Dustin came over right away, gave me the options and the price. He was cheaper than the first bid so I took a chance. Dustin and Carson are an incredible team. They cleaned up my funky plumbing pipes, installed the new water heater, fixed a gas leak in my FAU, hauled away all the debris, showed up on time, I couldn’t ask for anything more. I have had Dustin back to do a couple of additional plumbing repairs in the house. I cannot say enough about this company.

We needed a toilet water line repair and I saw that Highway 18 had all 5 star reviews. Carson not only answered the phone but came out to fix it that evening even though he was about to leave on vacation. He works efficiently and the price was very fair. I recommend!

Dustin and Carson are awesome. They actually answered their phone, and responded to the house as soon as they could. Dustin kept me updated on his arrival time. Quickly fixed the problem on a busy holiday weekend. Very nice and professional. Very fairly priced as well. Highly recommend them.

Carson was referred to us by a neighbor and we were very happy with the service. Carson arrived on time, quickly found the problem, and resolved the issue the same day for us. The price was very reasonable. We will absolutely use him if needed in the future.

Carson at Highway 18 Plumbing, replaced a broken water pressure regulator at our cabin in Lake Arrowhead. Our water heater’s pressure release valve was constantly releasing water the problem stopped as soon as the regulator was replaced. Carson was friendly, and on time. He fixed the problem the first time! We highly recommend Highway 18 plumbing. Paul
