DANGER AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST- using Aladdin’s will cause more frustration. Any other plumbing service will serve you better than Aladdin’s. They are scammers and will try to up charge you on the repairs. Caroline, the receptionist/scheduler is EXTREMELY RUDE AND NASTY. She has absolutely no customer skills at all. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she hung up on me. AVOID AVOID AVOID DANGER DANGER DANGER

I rarely leave reviews, but I used Aladdin’s for the first time and was blown away by a number of things: 1 – Their professionalism from the start. Their intake process was thorough, down to understanding the problem to making sure the directions were clear. 2 – They made time in their busy day for a same-day fix, were thorough in explaining what they were doing, friendly, clean and fast. 3 – when there turned out to be additional issues that were impossible to detect the day before, they made time again the following day and very quickly, very efficiently solved that problem with zero hesitation, and found a way to work around the kitchen without having to tear it apart. All at a very fair price. I’m not sure where the negative reviews come from, I didn’t get even a hint of what they referenced. This is my new “go-to” plumbing service, without doubt.

Great service. They have a handy service that shows a map with an arrival estimate. Jeff showed up on time and got right to it. He quickly figured out the problem and explained everything in detail. Throughout it all he was careful to use a mask the whole time – thanks for keeping everyone safe. Top notch service.

My husband and I are so pleased with the work Dan did installing our new water heater! He did a thorough job replacing a corroded valve, installing the heater, and getting everything up to city code. He was incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy throughout the whole process, and I especially appreciated his willingness to explain what he was doing throughout, because he knew I was interested. Dan is dedicated to doing honest work and now we have an efficient new water heater and I understand how it works!

Horrible Customer Service/Dispatch!!! Had an appointment through American Home Shield Warranty. Alladin’s Plumbing dispatch lady confirmed my appointment for Thursday, Oct 18th between 8am – 9am. After the phone call, she sent dispatch confirmation text for Wednesday, Oct 17th. I called back right away and have her correct the date. Today, the appointment day – Thursday, Oct 18, I took a day off to get this water heater fixed/replaced. Surely, no plumber showed up. Called their office, was on hold and the dispatch lady picked up and told me that the technician called in sick. When will they notify the customer about it? It was 9:15am when I called. I should at least get a call within my waiting window or even earlier if most possible. I wasted my time off for nothing. In the service industry, this unacceptable! Very poor customer service!!!

worst plumbers in the world , schedule multiple appointments , then they cancelled them , sometimes they do not show up impossible to reason with get anyone else that you can

Very professional and knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Kris provided us with great customer service, he accommodated to our schedule and was able to fix our kitchen sink within minutes. Thanks Kris!

This review is a little late but I would highly recommend Aladdin for any plumbing needs.. They are reasonable, friendly and the office staff is very accommodating. They repiped our house after a slab leak and I have used them prior and after that for all my issues. Thanks to Emily that works the schedule, to Jeremy and Aladdin himself.. Great job all around.
