I recently had the pleasure of hiring Plumber XP and they sent over Ray for some plumbing work in my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his service. From start to finish, Ray exemplified what outstanding customer service is all about. Firstly, Ray was incredibly prompt. He arrived exactly on time for our scheduled appointment, which I greatly appreciated as it minimized any inconvenience on my part. He was polite and professional from the moment he introduced himself, which immediately put me at ease. Ray took the time to carefully listen to my concerns and thoroughly assessed the issue I was facing. His expertise was evident as he explained the problem and outlined the steps he would take to fix it. Throughout the process, he was patient and answered all my questions in a clear and understandable manner. When it came to the actual repair work, Ray worked diligently and efficiently. He had all the necessary tools and parts with him, ensuring there were no delays. He was meticulous in his work, making sure everything was done to the highest standard. What truly stood out to me about Ray was his commitment to customer satisfaction. He ensured that I was completely satisfied with the work before he left. He even took the time to give me some helpful tips on maintenance to prevent similar issues in the future, which I found very valuable. We had a serious problem with a broken drainage pipe under our house. Plumber XP came out fast and were very professional. They knew what they were doing. They diagnosed the problem and instead of cutting into the tile which could have been more expensive to repair, they got access via the adjacent bedrooms wall which is sheetrock and much easier to repair. Then they got under the home and went to work. All the while they took many pictures to show the problem, and the work they were doing, and the work they performed and completed. After fixing the initial leak, we could see there was another one we did not know about. They went and took care of that as well! All this was done fast, professionally, and with expertise, and they had everything they needed right with them. No delays for parts or any other reason. They just got to work and fixed our serious problem. Also, I appreciate Gabriel the owner working with me on making the whole process happen in a way that felt good and fair. I recommend them highly if you want to get a job done fast and done right the first time. And who doesn’t want that?

First of all, Ray and Angelo are gentlemen. Thier work was totally professional. They installed 3 bathtub /shower controls in our 72 year old house with no issues. Great performance by Plumber XP.

Gabriel and Oscar were extremely polite and professional. They knew what they were doing, and were informative when I asked questions. They doubled and triple checked everything for me making sure everything was installed properly and pointed out everything to me. They were efficient and all around great guys. I fully recommend this plumbing service.
