Had an emergency and the techinican was super cool and got it fixed. Typical expensive emergency cost but I rather have it fix right away than dealing with it for a day or two.

Horrible experience with Pristine. Charged me 1k+ without any solution. Another company came out and got the job done in 2 hours plus fix the mess Pristine had left behind. Not only unprofessional, unethical and obviously lack of knowledge and skills to get the job done. It was a waste of time and a 1k+ lesson learnt. Suggesting shoppers to be extra mindful and cautious when dealing with them.

Todd did a great job cleaning the tub drain. Was very knowledgeable of the plumbing in my condo unit. He was on time and did a lot of clean up that wasn’t necessary because he was responsible for the mess in the first place. Would highly recommend that you use Todd for any plumbing needs you have.
