Memo is a gifted Plumber. Sometimes he’s a little late but when he comes to do the job he does the better job than any other plumber that I have used. He is a very knowledgeable and skilled plumber and actually redid the entire plumbing for my bathroom and yesterday he came to fix a pipe leak under my water heater. I have a home warranty and they wanted double the price for access and he was able to charge me half off price and then do further repairs for me. You never have to worry about him because he is just honest and I know I might be repeating myself but try him and trust him he’s good

Guillermo was supposed to come to my home to do work today. He’d provided an estimate for the work and a time when he’d arrive. He didn’t show up so I spoke to him and he said he’d come on the same day at a later agreed upon time. He never showed up again nor called. When I originally spoke to him he said he’d provide an “expert installation.” He didn’t do anything nor act in a professional manner. I waited for him all day only not to have him show up nor call. This guy lacks total professionalism and reliability. If you don’t want to go through the same thing yourself don’t bother calling him.

My name is Jim, I manage a mobile home park in Thermal Ca. I hired Mr G Plumbing to unclog a main drain line. He said he did and I trusted him. A few days later the line was clogged again. He said he would come back but never did. After many calls and text, he was a no show. He ignored my call and didn’t answer the phone anymore. The drain lines backed up again and the pictures attached show. I would not hire this company.

Memo was AWESOME! If you need a plumber, please call him first. He is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, kind, and offers reasonable pricing. He unclogged 4 sinks and 2 bath tubs and even checked my dishwasher at no extra charge!

He took 850.00 deposit for parts he needed 4 sinks and two showers. He hasn’t returned since. We are starting criminal proceedings against him and turning him into the licensing s board and better business burough.

I don’t write reviews, I don’t have the time. However, this time I am because I am horribly disappointed in Memo. I have used his services for several years and never considered him irresponsible until now. I called him to work on my residence, he did show as agreed and after assessing the situation in my kitchen sink he recommended to replace a faucet and remove a clog in the garbage disposal. I gave him $200 CASH and the KEY to my house so he could work during the daytime while I was at my office. He never returned and he has not answered my repeated attempts to reach him; he is gone and took the cash and key with him. I have filed a complaint with the California Contractors State License Board; in summary, call Memo at your own risk.

Memo had the opportunity to become the preferred plumber for a Senior community. Advice from several homeowners who used his service in the past ranged from “He really is a nice person and arrives on time”, to “He arrived late and did charge a lot for his services”. I gave him the benefit of the doubt as I wanted a Plumber who I could trust to help me with future flips. Well he never showed up and I gave him many chances to redeem himself. I will NOT be using his services and this is a TRUE and not FAKE review. Perhaps if Memo understood the importance of our time he would remember the meaning of AHORA and not MAÑANA.
