JC was amazing from start to finish. Very friendly upon arrival and even after he was presented with a stinky plumbing problem. JC was professional and understanding to identify a solution within my budget. JC was very proficient in fixing the problem in a timely manner and essentially saved Mother’s Day. His Supervisor also came out to camera inspect the line and found an issue that i will address soon. Field staff and dispatch are great. Sierra could use some training in customer service and friendliness however. I only a 5 star instead of a 4 due to JC positive attitude and professionalism.

We called Roto Rooter today and within 2 hours we had Juan show up. He was amazing! He was on time, super polite and went above and beyond what was necessary to fix the problem. The price was super reasonable too! I’ll definitely call them next time I need a plumber and hope that it’s Juan again:) Thank you so much!

Alex was amazing in his work. He went above and beyond both with his craftsmanship and his customer service. This guy knows what he is doing and deserves a raise! Best plumber I have ever met hands down.
