Stay away at all cost, they went to fix shower leaking issue thru home warranty and caused more damage than before. Left the house without running water for days and claimed they have to wait for approval. Ended up cancelling job and warranty altogether. Do not go with home warranty as they will choose company like ARK that does not know what they are doing – total scam and a waste of time

Using this firm in connection with a Home Warranty repair? Good luck. You know they will do their best to make sure the warranty company pays nothing, your problem does NOT get solved and they collect the $75 deductible. Horrible, horrible ethics at work.

They did a fantastic job on my bathroom faucet that needed to be replaced but was an old design that limited the installation. The plumber built a custom attachment to get it done. They also advised me to upgrade the faucet choices. My 1980 bathroom looks great. Very nice people also. Alana is on it!

The worst, rude, unprofessional plumbing company ever. And will explain why: 1. First time called and lady on the phone was not the most pleasant person over the phone. Not accommodating and not understanding that I have a plumbing emergency. 2. The appointment was scheduled from 10-11 for the technician arrival time. At 11.15 she called and said that technician arrived. They never send a follow up text or email or call that technician is on his way. And you need to seat a home waiting if someone will knock the door without notifying the ETA. 3. Asked her if the tech can wait 10 min because left to pick up the kids. The lady in a rude way said that if in a 5 min you are not there he will leave. It is their fault that tech is late and did not want to wait 10 min. Horrible company and unreliable, stay away from them if possible.

Worst service I’ve ever had, if I could give them 0 stars I would. Spoke to Elana who happens to be the manager there and she was very rude and unprofessional. Was told she closed out my claim after calling “numerous times” and speaking to a “young lady,” however I did not see any missing phone calls “numerous times” from their company and do not recall speaking to her at all. Also why would they close out my claim without making sure everything was fixed? They cut open my wall to see the issue and that was still not fixed, so why would they think not to send anyone out? My insurance also said that the claim was still open on their end so they were confused why they closed out their claim. Speaking to them was very frustrating, luckily my insurance was able to find me another technician. I would recommend you do the same. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

Customer service sucks. They canceled our claim without verifying correctly and said that we couldn’t reopen it when it was THEIR FAULT who closed it without speaking to the right owner. If I could give this company 0 stars then I would. Horrible service.

ARK was contracted out through First American home warranty. Our tankless hot water had stopped working. Both FAHW and ARK understood my urgency and has this fully replaced and working in a timely fashion. Staff at ARK (Heather and Alana) were helpful and communicated everything. Plumbers were courteous and efficient. No issues with the job they did.

The worst plumber I have ever had. Besides profession, the staff’s attitude was rude, and unprofessional. I called in to make a payment in advance and made sure the technician will be noted. However, the technician attempted to collect money again and threatened to remove the part if they don’t get paid within 10 minutes. Such a disgusting company

No warranty. They won’t do a good job the first time and try to get more money from you the second time. Stay far away from this company .
