Excellent work! Was blown away by the amount of knowledge Henry had because he was so young! Came in, fixed all my plumbing issues in one day! And when there was an issue with a part, he was able to have another part delivered within 20 minutes to my house. Everything was done correctly, no more pressure issues, no more leaking water heater, no more leaking toilet! For sure a 5/5!! Thanks Thompson Family Plumbing!

You can definitely trust Thompson Family Plumbing and Drain to get the job done QUICKLY and EFFICIENTLY. Had a backup in the mainline into the septic tank due cracks and root intrusion. Needed a replacement for my garbage disposal. The service tech was Juan Gonzalez-Santiago. He clearly explained everything and showed me the options for choosing the proper replacement. Upon completion Juan checked everything, left the site clean. I have used Thompson Plumbing over a ten year time span. They are still the first people I call for any plumbing issue. They stand by their work and handle unforeseen issues the right way.

I called last week for a plumbing issue. They asked if it was an emergency as that was an additional charge. Since it was not an emergency. They scheduled me for June 19th Wednesday anytime afternoon. Since last week through this morning I have periodically received automated and phone calls from them to confirm our appointment for today. 1 hour before noon, I received a message that they had no one in my area today and would need to reschedule. I explained that I had taken the afternoon off from work and was very disappointed with their line of communication which contradicted itself this morning. They offered me an appointment the next day however I’m not available. So they offered to give me a phone number of another plumber that might be available, most likely for an exorbitant emergency fee. I asked the Thompson lady if Thompson would cover the emergency fee since this was their fault and not mine. I was told no. Extremely disappointed with a local business with their lack of following through with their promises. We have been using this family company for many years, however this experience has changed my mind.
