Goodland Plumbing is one of the best plumbing contractors in town. I rely heavily on their team for rental division at Blue Horizon Management Company. They offer 5-star professional services for competitive pricing. We use them for simple drain back ups or large scale construction plumbing projects (main line replacement, plumbing replacement).

One man show up and then told me that I need to reschedule for 2 man to do installation. Then told me didn’t have 2 man and just cancel the job.

We contacted Goodland plumbing after not being able to confirm an appointment time with a different plumbing company. They set up an appointment for a few days later. Troy, the plumber was very good and knowledgeable about the work he was doing. He quickly removed the kitchen faucet and then went to work on replacing the shutoff valves in the bathrooms giving us time to clean the area the was previously covered by the faucet plate. Once we had the faucet area cleaned he installed a new faucet that did not require a plate along with a soap dispenser. Besides the faucet replacement and valve shutoff replacements he also replaced our shower head with a low flow shower head. He also gave us excellent advice on something outside his scope of service that helped us solve another issue in our house we were uncertain how to resolve. Overall a very successful service call. We were surprised when we got the bill that it was not as much as we had anticipated. I highly recommend Goodland plumbing and we will use them again with future plumbing needs.

Goodland plumbing did a wonderful job for two of our plumbing needs. They replaced the whole shower faucet thru the back of the wall and installed a brand new hot water heater. They’re very professional very careful and did a wonderful job.

Never again will we call on this company. First off, we had a scheduled appointment between 10:00-12:00 to replace a water heater that failed and they finally arrived at 3:20 in the afternoon. Second, they will charge you for travel time, in my opinion this is completely unacceptable. When we received the invoice they billed for 3 hours labor when it only took 2-1/2 hours to complete the work and after inquiring was told the GPS was checked to confirm. I also check and our surveillance camera showed a more accurate indication of arrival and departure time. I wondered why they sat in the driveway for an extended time only then to pull out and wait down the street for several more minutes. The difference in cost by my calculations would have only been $35-$55 less than what was actually charged. In my line of business I’m constantly referring my clients to various service providers and what should have been billed will end up costing them more in the long run. Good luck if you decide to use them.

GOOD LAND PLUMBING AND CONSTRUCTION is a great company. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. I have used this company on several different plumbing issues, and projects. Sylvia/right hand woman for the business is a KEEPER!! I would recommend this company in a heart beat!!
