Carter is absolutely incredible!!! He immediately identified the problem which another plumber couldn’t get fixed. Besides being very professional plumber he is very kind guy. He took care of all our plumbing issues around the house and pointed at some issues we should take care of to prevent future issues. Highly, highly recommend his company!!! So happy with everything!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had to give a huge shoutout to the team at Water Heater Solution. After a city technician messed with our water meter, our water heater tank started leaking. We found Water Heater Solution online and gave them a call. Carter came to help us on the same day and fixed the problem within an hour. He assessed the situation, replaced our gas water tank, and answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable about the situation and cleaned up afterwards. On a side-note, I also like their text/update system, which sent us a picture of Carter and an en-route tracker so we knew exactly when he’d arrive. They also accept all sorts of payments as well. Overall, I highly recommend their service. They truly care about their work.
