We needed some lines capped in our laundry room. Elk Grove Plumbing and Drain was able to get to us within 24 hours and Hung provided excellent service. He was really kind, walked us through everything and was just really professional. Flat rate was incredibly reasonable. Don’t bother shopping around, because EG Plumbing can do it all, and do it right. Shout out to tech Sonny, who installed some great fixtures and then helped diagnose a tricky issue with the water heater. He was keen on making sure the problem was solved for good. EG Plumbing always has my back!

Just want to clarify the owner, Joe is a 5 star absolute great guy and knows his stuff, but the rest of the company is not worth it. The front desk will lie to you and come off as abrasive if you ask for any actual help. The “diagnosis” will be sketchy at best leaving you with too many overpriced options that don’t necessarily fix your problems. Unless you know what your issue is and you know there isn’t any other way to fix it, I would skip it less you’re able to get through the front desk to the owner. Sorry Joe. The workers and especially the front desk ruined it. Edit: How can you say that you resolved the issue when you’re unwilling to define where or what the issue was? My frustration was with the front desk, I can take an honest “I’m sorry I can’t help you” and I did get the dishonest picture, but are you really telling me that it was handled well with an immediate “I’m sorry Joe isn’t available and the other worker you were talking to is taking a call followed by the returning worker greeting me like its a new call and telling me things can’t be changed when I asked for a report on Joe’s findings a week before knowing it could become an issue and some accommodation was made then?… Reflect on your actions instead of telling me where my feelings should be or were placed in your opinion. Like I said Joe deserves the 5 stars.
