EAMS installed a hot water recirculating pump several years ago. We called and asked it they could come out and check it. It’s still working just fine and they waived the cost of the service call. Highly recommend!!!

EAMS did a great job installing my whole house water filter with pre and post filter. They also connected the backwash hose from the whole house water filter to my garage sink drain. While doing so, they notice a leak beneath the sink which they fixed for me without extra charge. I like how they didn’t nickel and dime me for minor things. The project is as beautifully done. They worked with my busy schedule in finishing up the project which I appreciated. It’s not easy for me to schedule time off because of my work. They are friendly and professional. I hired them to work on my mother’s house too installing the same filtration system a year ago with no issues. They were on time when they arrived at my home for all two days to finish the job. I highly recommend them.

The whole process was great & easy, from initial phone call through the end of service. * Phone service: they recorded my list of requests and answered questions. * Plumbing estimate / consultation / diagnostic: Jared tested everything I requested and fixed a few things, and determined there was fewer things to troubleshoot around the house than we were concerned with * Toilet installation x 2 / toilet repair / shower drain replacement: Jared & Chris were fast & efficient, getting the job done in half the time and were professional and courteous * Estimate & service charges: itemized by price & easy to understand Would recommend this plumbing service

This was our first time using EAMS plumbing, but they did such a great job they are going to the top of our list! They quickly diagnosed the problems, (yes more than one), went to purchase the parts, and installed all the new parts … all in a very timely manner.
