After calling several local companies to no avail I came across & called Drain Time late last night in a panic, we thought we had a burst pipe in our ceiling and water was leaking through it. The owner Mark came out within 60 minutes of my call to help ( it was even after midnight). He was able to identify the cause of our leak which ended up being from our AC unit not plumbing. He provided us valuable information regarding our current plumbing risks and resources to help with any water damage. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. He even called me today to check in to see how we were doing and if we were able to get an HVAC company out to fix our AC line. I was very impressed with Drain Time and will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From the moment I contacted Drain Time, I was met with professionalism and transparency. Their whole team was a pleasure to work with. They were on time and fixed a major issue with a broken pipe under my home within the promised amount of time and they guarantee their work for 10 years. They were able to work with my budget and bent over backwards to make this major project of ours affordable. Once the job was complete, they left my front foyer and front yard/walkway clean like nothing ever happened. The owners, Mark and Tommy, even took my calls after hours to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend the team at Drain Time Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. Thank you again.

I had a great experience with Drain Time Plumbing. They were able to get out quick to review the issue and give me options. Drain Time were able to schedule the work and it was done quickly and solved all my issues. Tommy was very nice and explained everything clearly very to us. Great customer service by Tommy! Drain Time Plumbing is an honest and great company you can trust. The technicians arrive on time and are incredibly professional. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. So many options to choose from when it come to other plumbing companies and I’m glad I choose Drain Time. I found them on social media iG and TikTok. So I rolled up to my house and noticed our front faucet gushing water. It’s summer 115° and freak out and had to turn off our main water line. I started calling major companies and my husband jumped on yelp and finds this company. Omg they rocked. I love supporting local business but they surpassed my expectations. I was shocked when the owner Mark rocked up. Gave us a fair quote and that Chaydon would be there in 30 minutes. It took 45 but to be fair Chaydon already went to get the parts we needed and showed up COMPLETELY prepared. He fixed it in lightning speed and we were total happy. Man 15 outta 10 Chaydon can come and do out repairs any time.

James thought he was walking into just a garbage disposal replacement but when he got here, he tried to fix the mess he was handed. Instead, we agreed that he needed to do a major overhaul to the whole setup under the sink. The original sink was the older smaller sink and I had it replaced with a larger and deeper sink. This threw off the whole plumbing set up. Everything was too high and tight. James said I needed to have it moved down lower in order for it to be to code etc. James left feeling so much better and I love the job he did. If you want the job done correctly, ask for James.
