Guaranteed Plumbing has been our go-to since we’ve owned our house (21 years)! We recently needed a new kitchen sink faucet installed. The installer (Jean, I believe) was super prompt, tidy with his work, and left the cabinet under our kitchen sink more clean than it was when he started.

Could not recommend Guaranteed Plumbing more. We needed a home insurance required inspection, and Guaranteed Plumbing carved time out for us in spite of being booked for 7+ days ahead. Within 30 minutes of calling them, the inspection was done and at a customer friendly price. Thank you again!

We had called them to replace 2 of our toilets. Before scheduling I had specifically asked about installing skirted toilets and gotten a quote for a certain amount. After the plumber arrived, I got a call saying the toilet I ordered is not a “two-piece toilet”. But it was, it says so on both Kohler and Home Depot’s website that it is a two-piece toilet, but he said it isn’t. I had literally emailed him a link to the exact toilet I purchased to get the quote, how can there be a miscommunication when the exact product was emailed to him!! He then quoted me a new price, which was only slightly more, so I asked him to proceed. There I made the mistake of not having him email me the price as the invoice came in at $100 above what I clearly remember was the quote.

Very impressed with this company/service! I had a non immediate plumbing concern and they still pushed to get someone assigned within 24hrs. Paul, who handles scheduling, was very kind to take down my information and details of my plumbing problem and said he would call me back with a timeslots. Paul called back short after with my timeslots, as promised, and the technician promptly arrived during that time too! When the technician, Gary, arrived he was polite, respectful of my house and quickly fixed the problem in an affordable manner. He walked me through what he did and suggested a few minor pieces of equipment I could use to prevent the same problem in the future. I felt very comfortable opening up my home to have this service completed and will be using them again for future plumbing! Thanks again!

I called on April 29 about a plumbing issue and told them believe best for me to talk to one of their plumbers before coming out for a FREE Estimate. A plumber Johnnie was supposed to call, I called back Friday April 30 and said I didn’t hear from him, the customer support person said, “Johnnie called and left a message”, I told her I had no message and also indicated while looking at my call log, that I had no calls from anyone and had her give me the number, she repeated my number and it was correct. She then said, “I’ll see if I can have him call you today”, he didn’t call. So today May 4 (4 working days after original call) I called and said why don’t we go ahead with the free estimate since I haven’t heard from anyone, the customer support person asked for me to indicate again the problem and I explained and then she said “oh that will need to be a service charge”, I said that’s exactly why I wanted to talk to a plumber and he never called. She then said but he called and I told her no way. I can still prove on my iPhone call log call that no one called on Thursday 4/29 or Friday 4/30. She then basically said she believed her plumber.

Had a major clog in my main drain. Called Guaranteed on a Sunday night (non-emergency) and Gary arrived first thing the next morning. He unclogged my main drain then put a larger cutter on his snake to do a thorough clean out of the line. He was able to dislodge two major root balls from the sewer line. I won’t name names but the last company that I called was here about a month ago didn’t take the extra step to do actually help prevent a recurrence. Gary took the extra step and even told me how to prevent, or at least slow down, future root growth. I would definitely hire this company again. I highly recommend their service.

Water line broke between meter and house. Called and they worked to get someone out right away. Nathan found the break fast and made the repair. Highly recommend.
