I’ve actually never come across a company as organized as Monkey Wrench. Their communication was stellar. They even sent me a video about the plumber who was to come out and do the work so I can get to know him before his arrival. This might seem extraneous or unnecessary (probably is) but it was a nice touch. My installer Enrique was very clear in his communication and solved my problem within the first 30 seconds. I know that may be unique to me, but overall I could tell even if the problem was more complicated, he would’ve been able to solve it without issue. I can whole heartedly recommend them for their communication skills and level of service.
