WOW! From the first phone call to Serena this has been the most excellent plumbing experience ever. Is that possible? Had an odd size water heater, located up on a ledge in the garage. They set a time, same day, came when they said they would and got it done before end of day. Kept me informed all along the way. The very best customer service!!!!! Cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic company. They were great at communicating with me about finding a time to fit me in and also gave me a 1 hour window when to expert a repairman. Repairman was super nice, knowledgeable and fixed everything (low water pressure, broken shower cartridge and running toilet! Will always use this company in the future.
