NorCal Remodeling Group 2 months agoI had a great experience working with the NorCal Remodeling Group. I found them through Home Depot. Taylor Hyde (the designer consultant) came out to the Foster City townhouse to give us the sales pitch and show us the Bath Planet product samples and luxury vinyl flooring they use in their bathroom remodeling projects. We liked her presentation and signed on to have them remodel two very outdated bathrooms that had never been remodeled (over 50 years old). This company was very organized: Designer, Product Order Scheduler, Project Manager, Installers, Plumbers, General Contractor. Max Soy was the Project Manager and kept in constant communication with us and showed up every day to check out the progress of the remodel. He was proactive about spotting small problems before they became big problems and responded to any issues we had quickly and efficiently. The installers (Angel and his brother) were skilled, polite, and cleaned up every day after the work. I was amazed at how strong and fast they worked. The bathrooms look beautiful and I am very happy with the outcome. NorCal Remodeling did what they said they would, showed up when they said they would, handled all building permits seamlessly, and did quality work. I highly recommend this company for your bathroom remodel.

Noble Construction Services, LLC 6 months agoI am generally not in the habit of writing reviews but I have had such a dreadful experience with this company that I feel compelled to write this review. Lana was the sweet talker during the contract negotiations and Igor Elgart signed the contract. He brought a team of absolutely incompetent people to work on my house. He himself was never here at the job site. The inspection failed. The City inspector commented that in his 30 years career, he had never seen anything like what they had done. Meanwhile I discovered the Igor Elgart is not licensed and quite incompetent also, despite constantly bragging that he is a genius. I terminated the contract. Igor admitted fault and returned my down payment but it takes 3-4 times the value of the contract to address the damages they caused. The company license is under the name of a man called Stanislav Reznitsky, per CSLB website. For the last 2 months I have been trying to reach Mr. Reznitsky but he refuses to talk to me. I do not know the relationship between the two men but had I known that Igor Elgart is not licensed, I would not have engaged with this company, as he was my main contact. I feel defrauded, I have lost money and my property has been damaged. I do not recommend this company.

Marchetti Group Marchetti Group 3 months agoI worked for this company leading the door and hardware installation crew on the S.F. Hyatt hotel remodel 16 years ago when my son was just born and I was out of a job. The Superintendents in charge of the job were a great bunch of guys and gave me the opportunity to run the door hardware installation. I loved working with them, so easy going and friendly. A great company to work for, I would love to work with them again, if ever given the opportunity.

JAB Construction Company, Ltd. 2 years agoI had to sue them because the water never stopped. A number of other people called me stating they were in the same boat. He fled to Alaska moose hunting and never appeared in court. He cost me a couple of hundred thousand dollars in damages. He is terrible and doesn’t know what he is doing, worst yet he doesn’t care and just disappears once things go wrong.
