Lynx Construction 2 months agoMe and my husband were looking for a contractor to convert our garage. We initially had a hard time looking for a recommend contractor. Luckily we found Lynx Construction and gave them a call. We asked about converting our garage and Gerardo from Lynx Construction explained to us the process for an ADU. We were given an estimate and three initial designs. Me and my husband loved their designs and chose one and settled on the price. Lynx Construction took care of the entire project and even the little details. During the finalization we agreed upon installing flooring, all cabinetry, and fixtures. We are so happy with the way things turned out, everything looked amazing and so professionally made. I really recommend doing business with Lynx Construction.

Lozoya General Contractor 2 years ago**First off, the one good review is written by his son-in-law** Update: Albert has had his license suspended due to no payment to the award granted bu the Contractors State Licensing Board. Hiring Albert to complete our house remodel was the worst decision we could have made. It wasn’t long before he stopped paying the subs who he hired to do the work. I even had one of them calling me begging for me to pay him & that he’d never work for Albert again because this wasn’t a first time issue for him. Our 6 month job turned into over 3 years when it finally got to the point where it was clear he had gone through the money we paid him and would no-show & ignore countless calls and texts for months at a time. Several of his employees we got to know over the 3 years have told me that he is like this on ALL of his jobs. The thing is, had it just taken too long we could have accepted that. But Albert is SHADY. Albert is a liar & we are now dealing with things like mold in the walls (he vented everything INTO the attic & built a wall when the wood was still soaking wet) floor tile lifting, FAUCET plumbing line installed into the wall for the bathtub so the stream for a bath is incredibly thin. We only learned that Albert’s staff put the wrong size pipe/plumbing into the wall they built when an independent plumber we recently hired informed us. The kitchen island that Albert’s team built is missing an electrical outlet, a basic rule that does not pass code inspection. Our slider doors don’t close correctly (the stationary ends literally open so our home is not secure), the new windows he installed are faulty. There are visible sharp nail ends sticking out from much of the kitchen cabinetry and so much more. Also, I’m 100% sure Albert used faulty & poor quality items sitting around his storage facility. If you’re unsure if this is a real or fair review, go ahead and ask Albert to show you his bond company history or his license history. We learned about it the hard way, after the fact & via an attorney we hired. We are currently working with the state licensing board who made him pay us for the poor work. His license has since been revoked for nonpayment. All of this is searchable via the internet if you have any doubts.
