Very pleased with our experience with Precision Plumbing and Drain. I found them online, after reading reviews, I called for an appointment to fix an issue that we had before new appliances could be installed, we also needed work on a shower and an outside spigot. Excellent customer service from scheduling the appointment, keeping us updated on arrive time and during the service call. We are happy with the quality work, pricing, professional and personable interaction. So happy that we now have their number in our contacts, should the need arise, we will be calling.

Our 26+ year old water heater finally gave up the ghost. I called Precision and they came brite and early the next morning. Despite some small set backs, due to the curse of the custom home. Stephen was able to replace the old with the new and voila we have hot water. The queen and princess’s are happy once more. Pricing was reasonable. Stephen was very kind and if he didn’t know an answer, he knew where to find one. Precision will be our go on any future plumbing issues. Gene Procell
