joe was outstanding and highly skilled! i’ve had previous plumbers come out but never managed to rectify my problems. however, joe was able to identify my plumbing issue and now my pipes and water system are functioning better than ever in my altadena building. thank you, joe! i will be relying on casey & sons plumbing & electric for future maintenance!

Our water heater ceased to function late on a Sunday evening in Altadena. I reached out to the plumbing services early on Monday morning at 0800. To my surprise, by 0900, they had dispatched a plumber named Damon to our residence. He skillfully managed to replace our water heater and was done by 1000. I was astounded by the prompt and efficient service. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend their services!

Our plumbers, damon and manuel, detached the pipes from the basement up to the second floor, ensuring the new system solely services the lower level. Now, I have two separate zones…

i cannot recommend emmanuel and his plumbing services enough – he’s always responsive and scheduling is a breeze. i really appreciate how they managed to accommodate me during a garbage disposal crisis. emmanuel is professional, informative, and friendly. it’s wonderful how he’s always willing to drop by in altadena and clean up the plumbing mess i’ve created (yet again). a big thank you to emmanuel for being so gracious and providing assistance during these stressful times! this is a fantastic business with outstanding people. i wholeheartedly recommend their plumbing services! 🙂

Our older residence came equipped with an ancient plumbing system, which had been barely operational since we were informed by another company more than a year ago that it needed replacement. However, after a few tweaks, regular upkeep, and a refill of necessary plumbing materials, our old behemoth is back in action! I cannot put into words how elated we are and how fantastic it was to have individuals like Manuel and Taylor so dedicated to helping and keeping me informed at every stage about the forthcoming expenses. In addition, I managed to keep some cash in my pocket by opting for Casey & Sons Plumbing & Electric’s monthly service plan, which we first signed up for after some plumbing work. (Their plumbing services have always been first-rate as well!) We’re now permanent clients and will unquestionably contact Casey & Sons Plumbing & Electric first in Altadena when we’re ready for a brand new system!

Taylor from Casey & Sons Plumbing & Electric did an outstanding job, providing a detailed and essential walkthrough of the various readings from his plumbing tools. It was surprising to learn that he had yet to receive his vaccination. It would be appreciated if Casey & Sons Plumbing & Electric, now under new management, could provide Taylor and all their employees with an opportunity to get vaccinated. This would give customers like me an extra level of comfort and security. Despite this, I must commend Taylor for his responsibility in adhering to safety measures, always wearing a mask and shoe covers while working. It’s important for employers to encourage their employees to get vaccinated against viruses that have affected so many, including people in our community of Altadena. Under the new ownership, Casey & Sons Plumbing & Electric continues to provide excellent service.

manuel showed up right on schedule, which was truly commendable! he performed an assessment of my plumbing system and suggested a few improvements that i plan to implement. manuel was both engaging and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. it’s so refreshing when a professional avoids the use of complicated jargon.
