Future Customers BEWARE! This company charged me $110 for an estimate for one electrical outlet, and the cost to install the outlet was over $400. I have never seen a company charge a service call fee for an estimate from a potential new customer. I will never call this company again. If I could give them a negative star, I would because their customer service is pure trash.

Craig Handy came out to fix our unit after business hours and all the parts stores were closed. But Craig went back to the shop and repaired the part so that we wouldn’t have to be without air all night. THANKS Craig

Service tech was super nice. I was out of town and I talked to him on the phone while he was at our home, he explained what was going on with our outside unit, we have a heat pump and we thought the fan was frozen, it was but I didn’t know it had a defrost mode, so not really an issue. The tech then explained that the bearings sounded like was going out in fan motor, recommended we go ahead and replace it, the estimate was way less than what he quoted off the top of his head. The tech didn’t push a sell but I think he was just being honest. We appreciate that.

The technician let me know when he was on the way, and did the check and was finished in time for me to get to work on time. He made sure the batteries in the thermostat were good and checked the filter before he left. I appreciated his efficiancy!

They have excellent customer service and excellent service. Got a quote the same day came in . My furnace went out right before thanksgiving. They were able to replace my furnace and complete air conditioning unit the next day. Fast friendly service and I would highly recommend.
