I called on a Thursday afternoon and NEA Plumbing was able to schedule me the very next morning. Nathan was called out to fix an issue at my rental and my residence. He worked quick, explained everything and was very transparent. He gave me multiple options for a resolution and the invoice was fair as well. I will be using NEA Plumbing again in the future based off of this experience.

Employees broke pipe during job and then decided to cut hole in wall and didn’t fix thier mistake which is unprofessional and not way to do business.

When I called I was given an appointment almost 2 weeks out because they were so busy. They actually got someone there earlier but weren’t able to find the leak at that time, although they got close. Today , the 23rd, Chris and Nathan showed up right on time and they worked until they found the leaks and got them fixed. They were efficient, professional and very nice. They were polite and explained to me what the problem was and what they were doing to fix it. I highly recommend giving them a call if you need a plumber. I will call them again for any plumbing work I need done. Thanks guys!
